Roadside Assistance is a service offered by Towing Services of Las Vegas that provides everything from battery boosts to towing service. With Roadside Assistance you’re covered anywhere in the NM whether you’re in your own vehicle, a friend’s vehicle or a rental. You can even lend your mobile device to a friend or family member, and they’ll be covered, too. Your mobile device simply needs to be at the location where service is provided.

• It costs $3/month for each enrolled line on your account.
• If you’re not enrolled in the program, there is a charge of $89.95 for each time you use Towing Services of Las Vegas Roadside Assistance.
• What services are covered for free by Roadside Assistance?

Services covered by Roadside Assistance at no charge for eligible vehicles include:

• Towing up to 10 miles
• Charging your car’s battery
• Delivering three gallons of gas or diesel fuel
• Removing a flat tire and replacing it with your spare tire
• Winching

The following vehicles aren’t eligible for services:

• RVs
• Boats
• Trailers
• Vehicles with more than two axles
• Vehicles with more than four wheels
• Vehicles designed or modified for commercial or heavy-duty use (e.g., limousines, emergency vehicles)
• Vehicles exceeding 10,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight

Yes. The service follows the device, so you must have an enrolled device with you to receive Roadside Assistance.

Another person can receive Roadside Assistance if:

• The member name and mobile device number are confirmed
• The enrolled device is present where assistance is needed
• The service follows the phone, not any one individual or vehicle.

Your coverage becomes effective 48 hours after your enrollment in the program.

If immediate service is needed within the first 48 hours, you’ll be charged the Pay per Use rate of $89.95.

Yes, there is a limit of four service claims within one year. Service claims reset on your enrollment anniversary date.

Commercial rates can be arranged for service after the limit has been reached or for services not covered.

Roadside Assistance is specific to your mobile device number, so service will be provided for any eligible vehicle you’re driving or riding in, as long as the enrolled mobile device is present when services are given.

Roadside Assistance doesn’t cover:

• RVs
• Boats
• Trailers
• Vehicles with more than two axles
• Vehicles with more than four wheels
• Vehicles designed or modified for commercial or heavy-duty use (e.g., limousines, emergency vehicles)
• Vehicles exceeding 10,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight

You’ll only need the mobile device enrolled in Roadside Assistance with you to receive service.

Roadside Assistance will prepare a request for service dispatch. You’ll need to provide the following information:

• Vehicle type (i.e., make, model and color)
• Your location: the nearest major street / crossroad, if known

Note: If the cost of the service exceeds the amount covered by Roadside Assistance, you’re responsible for any additional charges. Any additional cost is collected during the initial call to Towing Services of Las Vegas Roadside Customer Service (e.g., a tow claim that exceeds 10 miles will result in an additional fee to the customer).
